Blood panel midway trough my first cycle, please help

I finally managed to get blood panels done.

I am 56 years old, 5' 10'' 194 lbs (I am guestimating) 17-18 % bf
First cycle Test-e 500 mg per week (2x 250)
AI is 12.5 mg aromasin daily

One week before these blood tests, I gave a pint of blood (I was advised to do so here) because my BP was going trough the roof. It was 161/110 and I had a 100 bpm hearth rate at rest. It did wonders as my BP went back to a more reasonnable 128/86 with 72 bpm hearth rate.

I am now 8 weeks into my cycle. At the gym things are great I have never been stronger. I can see I have gained muscle and lost fat. All in all I might have gained 5 lbs and 25% more strength. BUT I really do not feel so great, my libido is all over the place from one day to another and except for eating and training I could sleep all day. i feel really sluggish and I am having low level but constant asthma that I am having trouble getting under control. I do hope the knowledgeable people here can help me make sense of these blood results. Sorry for the lousy formatting, when i post it seems to mess the original :-(

Regards

Are you taking a good multivitamin by chance? Your results look to me (I'm not a doctor) like you're slightly malnourished and are lacking in the food department. I'd hop on some fish oil 2-4g ED with some liv.52 (or NAC) and give a serious look at your food intake and macronutrients. You also might need to back off on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) a hair as you might be lower than your body likes for E2.

My .02c :)

For more than a year, I start everyday with a Sisu supreme multivitamin and two omega 3 fish oil capsule (420 AEP - 280 ADH) also take two every evening. Over the last year and a hal I have managed to put on 20 lbs and lower my BF. I certainly do not have optimal food intake, but I would have thought I was doing pretty well on that front. I am open to al suggestions :-)

Isn't my estradiol right were it should be (range wise) what would indicate they are low. I am not doubting, I am trying to learn !

Looks to me like your iron is super low, if I was on that much testosterone my RBCs, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit would be through the roof. Maybe anemic which would cause you to be tired and sluggish.
Check into it

Don't forget as I wrote that I gave a pint of blood a week before the test, because my BP was sky high. As I understand it that would explain the lowered values no ?

Wouldn't donating blood lower all of those?

Halfwit, thanks for the feedback. I started taking 1200 mg NAC ed 6 days ago as per Austinite's supplement thread. It seems to improve the sluggishness issue. Will see if it continues.

I will also try cutting back on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), maybe 6.25 mg on odd days and 12.5 on even to see how I feel.
