Ok so is the a different range my BP should be on trt? The reason I ask is because mine is usually 120/80 but now it varies from 117/ 68 to133/ 78 I gave blood last week the said my iron was high wanted me to do a double pint give on take the red cell out of the other and give me some fluids back. I also quit smoking 2 months ago since then I've noticed the blood pressure problem. Don't think that should be a problem though. Should I stop for a while see if stuff line back out? Idon't feel bad but what symptoms should I look for in a case like this ? Or am I just being paranoid I read that anxiety will affect your BP to. Idon't know.. some chime in please thanks.

Anxiety def. does effect BP....
Get blood labs done with Estradiol to be tested as well.
You gave 2 pints of blood last week, how did u feel ?

It doesn't help matters with all the fucking heart attack commercials going for trt patients either .

Manage Estradiol, Donate blood when you see Hemo/HCT rise, take reasonable dosages of T, try dividing the dose into two injections per week, eat right, exercise, avoid un healthy habits, minimize stress as much as you can and you should be in good shape.
Testosterone Replacement is not going to kill you man, if you use reasonable dosages.

Are you with a clinic that you can go see a doctor in the event of complications with therapy, or do you just be street Testosterone ?

No I just gave one pint wasn't crazy about the idea of the putting blood back in that had ran thriugh a plastic bag. But I did feel better afterwards.

Blood pressure varies due to a number of factors. None of the values that you listed in your post are indicative of any kind of problem. I've been on TRT for a year and it hasn't affected my BP one way or the other - it's low normal.

You do need to watch your HCT on TRT, which you already know.

Where I live, there is little advantage to a double red cell donation because you have to wait twice as long to donate again. Search and there are some threads on platelet apheresis that show how it can be used to lower your hct if donating whole blood is not enough.

If you want a quick way to lower your BP some to see if it makes you feel better, try some Cialis at a moderate dose.

One more suggestion: get yourself one of those wrist BP monitors (Omron), cost about $45 and you can use it at different times of day if you are concerned. I have one and I do use it regularly just because I'm keeping a closer eye on things since starting TRT.
