Blood test results after a restart!

Guys, I had to get off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as it was suppressing my sperm production. With Cashout's help I ran a restart protocol which comprised of:

2000iu HCG EOD ran for 19 days (10 shots)
After that, 100mg Clomid per day for 30 days with Anastrazole at 0.5 mg every Mon & Thurs

I completed this as of last Sunday and decided to get a blood test yesterday to see where I was at. My last shot of Test was Jan 21st of this year.

Here are my results:

Testosterone serum: 947 (348-1197)
LH: 14.6 (1.7-8.6) High
FSH: 11.1(1.5-12.4)
Estradiol: 52.0. (7.6-42.6) High

RBC: 5.79 (4.10-5.60) High

These two concerned me slightly as they were quite low but not terribly out of range:

MCV: 79 (80-98) Low
MCH: 26.9 (27.0-34.0)

I'd like to see my Estradiol around 25-30 so I might need to slightly adjust my Anastrazole.

MCV & MCH both being low might mean an iron deficiency. Is that correct? Any feedback from you fellas would be great. Thanks.

Enhanced - Super glad to see all things worked out well for you with this exit.

I know your sperm count numbers are still on the rise and your MD was very please as well.

From the numbers below, the protocol gave you a solid test level our goal now it to do what we can to keep it elevated.

I would continue the Adex on a M/Th schedule and I would suggest you up it to 1 mg now and continue with that for the next 30 days.

During my exit, I experienced a greater than expected estrogen bump as well. I think going forward, I'd suggest anyone following the exit protocol we've establish really consider a higher dosage of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from the get go. The HCG really seems to generate some significant intratesticular aromatization.

I do expect your LH & FSH will come down during the next 30 days. Mine did and my test levels normalize some as well.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the MCV & MCH given your RBC number. Did you get a Hemocrit % number?

Overall, looks great just like my numbers after I finished.

Overall, how do you feel?

Thanks Cash, I feel quite good, the only thing that has changed is my libido which has decreased slightly but other than that I feel great.

My hematocrit level came in at 45.9 on a scale range of (36.0-50.0).

Spongy, my sperm analysis showed a much improved number after following the restart so it shows that it can be done for when you are ready to have children.

Your numbers look great..

Regarding your libido, I think once you get your E2 in check you'll be good to go.

Thanks man, as per Cashout's instructions I have bumped my Anastrazole to 1mg every Monday and Thursday. I think this will get my Estradiol levels to around the 25-30 range. I will re-check in a month with a blood test to see where I am at.

@ Enhanced.. How old are you and how long were you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? Good lab's so far!

On a side note, my libido, drive etc which had declined to where once a week with my wife was enough for me, returned today. Holy crap, I feel fantastic and I'm not even on trt. I think increasing the Anastrazole really made a big difference.
