Getting an overall blood work panel done this week. I'm having a chest catscan done next Monday and I need my creatinine levels to drop within normal range. Last September my levels were 1.4 they won't give me the contrast dye if my levels are too high because the kidneys have to filter the dye and they don't want to tax Nd kidneys.

Do you all know of any supps I can take to help drop my creatinine? The last time if was checked I was on tren. I dropped that several weeks ago.
Cardiac surgeon said my muscle mass raises levels on its own and strenuous exertion( working out) I'm dropping all weight training this week bug keeping with moderate cardio. Excessive protein intake also raises creatinine along with creatine supps. I've stopped all pre-workout drinks weeks ago.

This catscan is to check my aorta size. It was a little larger than normal when I had OHS to replace s defective aortic valve. If the aorta keeps growing I'll prolly have to stop heavy lifting etc so this catscan is extremely important

Any other ways to drop creatinine levels that you know of would be helpful...thanx

Lower protein consumption to a minimum in the days leading up to your doctor visit. And likewise, drink a lot of water. Only water. No other types of beverages.

Are you taking any medications or drugs or AAS? Some of them can affect your kidneys.

I dropped test to trt levels(175mg), deca @ 375 mg/ wk, mast E @ 400/week. Was doing 50mg var, 20 dbol bug dropped those last week. I've been on 1600mg NAC/day when taking any orals. 1/2 mg adex eod.ThAts it for aas. Prescription drugs are fenofibrate for chol, warfarin(blood thinner), carvediol and irbesartan(for bp)

Normal levels are <1.2 so they were pretty close when I was using tren E at 600 mg/week

Btw, thanks mega- I forgot about the hydration thing. I'll make sure and up my water intake for several days prior

Only speculating here, but perhaps lowering your AI would help... letting your e2 raise a bit would increase water retention & dilute the blood a lil more...

Good point, especially now that mg test levels are down. I had a script from her for test cyp 100 mg/wk and after a bit I just told her I'd handle that part of my health. She's not informed about trt at all. Last week I asked her to send in an order for bloodwork that tested liver, kidneys, chol, triglycerides, etc. then added test TT and estrogen as well and psa. She asked me Y I wanted estrogen checked out. So I educated her just a little about aromatization of exogenous testosterone lol

I like her in the fact that I have her cell ph # and can text her once in awhile about different issues.
