Hello,

I am 31 (just about to turn 32) years old, 6'5 and 99kg.

I live a very active lifestyle, boxing, running, resistant&weight/circuit training. On top of that I have a very hectic work and family life.

I decided to get some comprehensive blood work done to see if I would benefit from TRT.

Testosterone 18.7 nmol/L (11.5-32.0)
SHBG 49 nmol/L (15-50)
Albumin 48 nmol/L (39-50)
Free Test 292 pmol/L (260-740)

IGF-1 31 nmol/L (15-41)

TSH 0.92 mlU/L (0.40-3.50)
Free T4 14.8 pmol/L (9.0-19.0)

Oestradiol 138 pmol/L (<160)

Free Androgen Index 38.2 % (15-100)

What are your thoughts based on my stats and blood work in regards to starting TRT?

Cheers.

Do you experience any low T symptoms?

Do you experience any low T symptoms?

I have mostly experienced brain fog and fatigue.

I also have noticed over the last 3-4 years my ability to recover after hard training weeks is prolonged. I always feel sore and seem to get niggling injuries more frequently.

My sex drive has not changed however I do find at the end of big week of training may not feel in the mood for a day or 2 where this did not happen a few years ago.

I find it very hard to gain strength and build muscle, even on the strictest protocols. I have stubborn fat on my hips that I just can't shift, is his due to my high estrogen count?
