okay so before start my cycle i know i need to get a full blood panel done. My question is how often do i need to get my e2 levels checked and when? How often do i need to get test levels checked?
ill be taking
week1-12:test e 250mg twice a week
this is my first cycle so i am heeding advice and keeping it test only
ill will have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and my pct:
clomid: 50/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

Bloodwork I'm not to sure about, my last cycle I did it before and after...

I done the same cycle as you... The test e 500 a week, my suggestion would be three time a week instead of two. First time I did twice a week but second cycle of it was 3 times a week... Noticed it worked better for me. Might have been me though? Maybe someone else has noticed same thing?
Your post cycle therapy (pct) looks good to me.

How's your diet?
May I ask your stats?

get a full panel before your cycle and after your post cycle therapy (pct). main things to watch out for on cycle is stuff like bp, your lipids, and e2. standard tests bring back testosterone results as ">1500" for anything over that, which you will get to with a few hundred mg/week of test, so blood tests won't really tell you anything on the testosterone front except that you don't have complete bunk gear, but if you trust your source that shouldn't be an issue.

i would check the e2 around week 5 or so of the cycle if you're going to go that route. and keep on top of blood pressure and cholesterol throughout the cycle.

if you use privatemdlabs or whatever they are called, do their FEMALE hormone panel for 47 bucks, otherwise i don't think you get the e2 included.

I agree with the above info, but on an average 12 week cycle, I would also get that same female panel at about week 6. This is the midway point, we really aren't concerned about lh, fsh, and your total test will just be an indication of how good your test is. You will want to look at estro and see where that's at.

Most people will only test prior to and after the cycle. This is perfect time with a first cycle to get a baseline before ever using gear. Get tested first thing in the morning. If you don't run into any issues on cycle, you could skip the labs, but I like them to see exactly what's happening.

I usually get labs 2 weeks post post cycle therapy (pct) to see if I'm recovering but for someone new to this, wait 4 weeks. Also monitor your bp.

yes my diet is tuned in pretty well consuming 1.5 grams of protein per body lbs and tons of carbs. I supplement with whey protein, casin protein, fish oil and bcaas. No junk food and eating about 6 good meals a day.
