bloodwork total vs free test? advice

I have ALL symptoms of low test. My blood work last week came back; 750 total test, but they did not run "free" test. test. ( I'm 53) . Should I let 'em stick me again for another test and another $100 ? With total of 750 is it unlikely that free test would come out low? I hesitate dropping more $ on this route with my GP. ( I like him as my GP, don't really want to change, but re. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) he sounds very conservative )
Last year I ran my 1st cycle ever and it helped all symtoms and met most of my objectives, which as a racing cyclist/triathlete , were gains in strength and endurance without weight gain. 4 mo's later all old symptoms are back which makes me really question my "normal" test level.

My cycle:
150 testE per week x 10 weeks
400 bold(equispoise) per week x 14
(thai gear)

I'm thinking at my age ( if affordable, I could/would like to go to 100-150 test/week as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and cycle bold 1 time in spring (training).

Last year, I got great advice here from members in planning and during cycle. many thanks to all !
I would also appreciate a pm from anyone who can help me contact sdhush, a member who helped me last year whom I can't seem to locate now.

You DO NOT have all symptoms of low test. 750 is extremely high for a guy who is 53 and you will never get testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) nor do you need it. Free test is useless info if you are at total of 750 as that is normal range. He is not conservative - no Doctor is gonna give you testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 750 - mine was 163 before I got it. also, test fluctuated wildly and you need tests 2 days in a row to establish good baseline.

What is it you want advice on? I am confused. If you want advice on a cycle - I would up the test you have planned (double it) - If you want advice on getting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - forget it - not gonna happen

lucky you man, im hella younger then you are and my total is 480.. free is like 7.9

never touched any kind of gear, most ive ever put in me is cytogainer
