Body Problems

Ok im ripped up like a fat girls phone number.. When I work out everything seems to grow slowly but my chest lags..

My arms explode fast after each workout you can almost see a difference in size and veins poke out eveywhere the next day..

Im not very strong at bench but can curl and squat a shit load.. I dont know what the problem is.. I switch my chest workout routine weekly and hit it twice a week but still no results..

My Chest has never wanted to grow and catch up with the rest of my body and i dont understand why. I dont over work it so im just confused..

Any advice?
