age: 29, 5'8", 155-160?, weights for 5 years, 2-5 x's per week. the last 3 months, I've been going 4-5 x's a week. 3 months ago I took a break for a couple months.
This is my first cycle... As far as the plan being off.. I really just need to know how to work with what I currently have. That's what I got, so that's what I'm going to take (once I learn how to take it!)
But I am of course curious as to why you think it's a bad idea.
