Yeah macros look like this for this week bro
Was at 270g pro, but I am getting lower in bf so will def increase it to 300g pro
This weeks macros ( still on a deficit for another 3 weeks) in that schreeder contest or I would be eating at maintanence right now lol, oh well
300g pro
150g carb
40g fat
2400 cals ( 20% deficit approx.)
( 2 cheat meals I incorporiate during the week now) wed, sun
Trust me its a true cheat, eat as much as I can in one sitting, lmao, after I cannot stand or begin to look at food after, all bloated up lol
Added some no fat cottage cheese ( casein) ( 1 cup) before bed to get my protein up to 300g, other then that diet looks similiar
Also I drink my egg whites straight, I have 3 cups of egg whites a day, lol, ill post my diet sooner or later maybe after my cut

Carbs are set for pre/ post w/o, biggest meals outta the day
Any input on this dreaded pirate feel free to reply, thanks, was leary about keeping my fat intake at 40g, usually its been at 50g
