Just an observation, not looking to start anything. But it seems quite obvious that those who are the most vocal/complain seem to be the ones with the least reason to be and seem to be those with the biggest insecurities.

Nope just cant stand fake ass people, he had to know it was coming sooner or later, these people thatnhated before, what do they have to say now, honestly dont care what they think just the same as when I was bulking, didnt care, but sure shut them up pretty quick

When they cant properly diet themselves meanwhile they tell somebody there diet just completly sucks and shit and doesnt make awhole lot of sense
Anybody can diet down for 2 weeks, try 12-16-20 weeks on a good deficit getting low in bf, big dif from just saying u did, or big dif actually following through with your set goals, see a lot of blah blah talk by people when it comes to this

For me its all or nothing, when I bulk I try to bulk to put on some good decent size with obviously some excess bf to go along with it, when I chop Iconstantly want more fat to shed off, my mind works that way, either all or nothing no inbetween bs
And if I tell somebody I am going to do something like I did back in the winter months, like I came on here and told people wait till summer months and you'll see, they thought I was fuckin around, I dont beat around the bush, when I say something I mean what I say
After this cut and a recomp for a few months I will bulk back up once again probs to 240 to 250 range, depends on a lot of things, as I can gain weight or shed weight fairly quick, morph style lol

Matt your obviously a passionate person but just chill out man. Your acting insecure. Stop grilling Boston Lloyd. He's not perfect but he did do some good (a first for BB being honest about gear) and a bad (misleading young ins to take things like insulin which can be deadly dangerous) his intentions are good. He doesn't make any ego claims. The guy is straight up which I respect. As well his overall npc physique was phenomenal. Can't denie. As well if he is a bloated bulk off season who cares. By all the past stuff I've seen you write your obviously a good dude. Relax and don't make yourself look bad when your not. Cheers

I get moody as hell the first week coming off tren and back down to my cruise, weird, like i crash hard after dropping tren for a week or so and running my typical cruise dose of 200mg/week
Feel more aggressive right now as well, dude looked at me the wrong way yesterday and grabed his shirt and had words with him, almost like I am still on tren but I am not

Was at 270g pro, but I am getting lower in bf so will def increase it to 300g pro
This weeks macros ( still on a deficit for another 3 weeks) in that schreeder contest or I would be eating at maintanence right now lol, oh well

300g pro
150g carb
40g fat

2400 cals ( 20% deficit approx.)

( 2 cheat meals I incorporiate during the week now) wed, sun
Trust me its a true cheat, eat as much as I can in one sitting, lmao, after I cannot stand or begin to look at food after, all bloated up lol

Added some no fat cottage cheese ( casein) ( 1 cup) before bed to get my protein up to 300g, other then that diet looks similiar
Also I drink my egg whites straight, I have 3 cups of egg whites a day, lol, ill post my diet sooner or later maybe after my cut :)
Carbs are set for pre/ post w/o, biggest meals outta the day
Any input on this dreaded pirate feel free to reply, thanks, was leary about keeping my fat intake at 40g, usually its been at 50g

Hey Matt how do those eggs whites taste drinking them does your stomach need to adjust to it or anything my stomach is mediocre at handling certain things lol
