try a small amount of oats done with skimmed milk in the microwave as oats release their energy slowly, add some raisins to sweeten. also have a can of tuna with lowfat mayo or saladcream.
so there you have it low carbs a bit of fruit and some protien. perfect for breakfast takes 3-4 mins to prepare and less to eat it.
Omlette (red onion, mushrooms, tomatos, whatever you feel like) with wholemeal Toast
or a protein shake mixed with millk and Oats. My personal favourites
serious cutting? go for some old fashioned oat meal or steel-cut oats, nuke it w/ water and toss in 1 scoop of protein of your choice. You can even add in 1 of those tiny boxes of raisins for some more carbs. A tiny box only though as rasins are packed w/ carbs.
breakfast is probably the one meal in the day where you can eat tons and tons of food and it wont be horrible for you.. at least in my opinion.. I always think eat your food early, and carbs early.. pretty much my whole carb intake will come before 12:00 p.m..

Mines just 1 cup oatmeal with scoop protein with approx 1-1.5 cups skim milk and 1 cup all bran cereal. Stir it up, yum! also with it 6 eggs, 1 yolk, and 1 banana with 1 tsp peanutbutter. Cant get sick of it!
