I thought I would start my pre-cycle log/training, I've ran several cycles over the years, Helladrol Do's and Don'ts, being the best ever one I did without failure, I started at 150 and finished at 170, stayed at 170, still stay at 170, it's like I re-engineered my body to not fall past that point. I've tried and failed numerous times on multiple cycles after (Test E/Dbol/Var, Oral Test P, Helladrol again (fail)), blasting past expectations and strength, but being ultimately destroyed by diet, every, single, time. I've been doing 3J's basic cut diet and training (which I gotta say is the best training I've ever done, and he didn't have to give me that training, but he did ), for about 6 weeks now, I started around 180ish, currently 168, a couple months prior to this diet and training, I broke my 200lb threshold (on oral test) and reached 205 before my diet fell apart, even at one point I could decline bench 360lbs (I can't even do 180 now), and due to inconsistencies when training, I fell back to starting weight again.
I've figured that the best way for me to reach my goals is to start over from scratch, I'm currently cutting down my BF% to a low enough range until I am completely satisfied, then I will start to bulk again, with this training, there is an infinite level of improvement, it seems as my weight has gone down, my strength has gone up, I have been gradually increasing my lifts, while not suffering any loss of form or energy, I'm currently doing an all powerlifting routine w/ 20min of high altitude cardio (equivalent of 60 min regular cardio), I used to do all circuit training w/ no cardio, I've noticed the cardio let's me have some leniency with my diet, while still helping me stay cut and focused. I don't want to divulge my routine and diet because it's not good for 3J's business if I let all of his trade secrets go down the crapper, but I'm on a 5 day diet (worked it down to $200/month in groceries) and training routine with weekends open for possible cheat days (depending on my schedule), and still haven't skipped a work out day.
I'm currently taking Animal Pump, it really gives an incredible pump, kind of like Nitrix, except not as retardedly expensive, and you don't have to take it 3 times a day before meals with tons of water, take it right before I go to the gym, all pre-loaded in a single pack ready to go, only costs me $40 for a 6 week supply. Trying Mr. Hyde out for pre-workout, it appears to be the most hardcore NO out since Jack3d, except its not nearly as good, delivers a lot more focus and a lot less hand shakery, I've typically been using Optimum AmiNO Energy for the last few years, because its dirt cheap and its just straight caffeine and BCAAs, I would actually prefer it to the latter. Not taking a multi at the time, when I do I'll be taking New Chapter Once Daily for Men, best multivitamin I've ever taken, you actually can feel a difference when you don't take it.
Onto my cycle, I plan on running AML T300 @ 600mg/week and Deca @ 400mg/wk for my second pin cycle, I have 20 weeks of testosterone and 15 weeks of Deca, if I choose to run it that long, gear expires Aug 2015, so I might as well use it, I plan on running this cycle as of Jan 1/2015 (all depends on if I can find a place to live), I have Katanadrol for on cycle cutting, kick starting with Sdrol/Helladrol (might save Hella for my last 6 weeks), and Forma Stanzol for a thermogenic throughout the cycle. I may possibly even run GW-501516 as a side-by-side to Katanadrol/Formastanzol, so I can stay as lean as humanely possible as I bulk up, got Clomid, Forged PCT, and HCG on hand for PCT, as well as tons of Vialis to regulate my BP and stimulate libido, just need to pick up some Adex, and I should be good to go. Also going to continue to take Pump and my preworkout, so I will see a pretty explosive time in the gym.
