Breast extremely sore. t3/clen/keto cycle

Right now im finishing my t3 cycle tomorrow and i still have 2 weeks left with clen and keto but im wondering why my breast are so sore! Any known side effects like this? Curious if im just being paranoid! I have 2 weeks left before i start my period.
