Bridge between cycles ?..

Next month Im starting a 10 weeks cutting cycle of test prop, masteron and some t3 and clen, so I will finish it around june.
I was looking for a non supressive bridge of another 10 weeks until I start next cycle.
I have been reading about sarms, but there are 4 or 5 differents, and the best i read was 50mg s4 for 8 weeks, but i dont know much about sarms, peptides and all this.
What would be a good bridge and at what doses?

Of course i been doing a full 4 week pct, Im asking about a non supressive bridge after pct until start next cycle, with sarms, peptides
 
Creatine. There's really nothing that's not suppressive that's also worthwhile to use as a bridge. Only other option is to blast and cruise
 
They say igf lr3 works wonders off cycle
Never experienced it, I just blast and cruise myself

Yes i was thinking of 20mcg of igfl3 post workout for 50 days so 1mg is enough, or a blend of CJC 1295 w/o DAC with Ipamorelin or with ghrp 2, 100mcg 2 times a day
Dont know about sarms and how they work
 
creatine s4 osta igf1 and ghrp6 for hunger is what I generally put people on that dont want to run real drugs.
 
Yeah I know a few guys in my gym I talk to quite abit and they swear by igf lr3 off cycle for strength and fullness in the muscles
 
Two cycles in a row now (this one included) I've dropped creatine for the last three or four weeks of the cycle, then I start back up on the day of my last pin.

Using this method, PCT feels like a milder version of a Dbol kickstart to me. :)
 
Are we talkin 5 grams of creatin a day or more? Just wondering if guys go beyond the suggested serving.
 
I am more interested in keeping my bf low and the nutrient partioning effect than strengh, because I dont want to cycle again until september to fully recover, but want to have this low bf all summer. To me is very difficult to stay in single bf digits without drugs, because when i was young i have been always at around 20% bf due to my metabolism

What creatine you use?
I have tried monohydrate and kre alkalyn. I prefer monohydrate I think, but dont feel too much on creatine at all

**YES you should. 10g pwo and 10-15g post workout.
don't start from nothing into to that much or you'll shit your pants and be very bloated. start 5g pre 5g post for a week then go up.

rest days take 10g.

monohydrate is the only thing I take. cheap and effective. buy it by the kilogram.

You do realize 3-5g of creatine daily will FULLY saturate skeletal muscle tissue and that anymore is simply added water weight with none of the other ergogenic benefits? Unless you're lifting for strength added water does nothing for physique.
