need help on bridging time

usually when you do a cycle your gains will eventually stall , how long must i bridge before i can up the dose and keep gaining again...

say i do a test / tren cycle for 8weeks then cruise on low dose of test (250mg/w) how long till i could increase the dose and start gaining again

Why not just do a 10-12 week cycle, keep diet and training in check and do another cycle later on?

Try upping your caloric intake.
 
Yessir, calories need to increase over the course of a cycle in order to continue gaining. Unless you have reached you absolute peak and weight is the max your body will hold with hormone use, but if not an increase in cals should help.
 
i am not on a cycle atm but i plan on staying on forever, cruise on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose and blast for 8-10weeks at a time....

im just saying everyones gains begin to stall because of myostatin or somthing i think and you have to cruise for a while before you blast (AAS dose) again

thats why most people end their cycles at 8-12weeks because gains start to halt

what im asking is how long do you cruise for before your myostatin is back to normal or wotever it is that counter the AAS -

som1 has to know what im talking about ive came across it several times in the past but cant seem to search it.

I've seen the study you are referring to copied and pasted around a few different sites. If I recall correctly gains would drop off and one had to either increase the dosage or take a small breather. I think the breather was about a month.
 
i have done it befor, i start with 400-500mg of tes for 10-12 weeks than reduce it to 100mg /w for 5 to 6 weeks , than start with higher dose
 
90% of the time gains stall because of calories.if you start a cycle at 200 pounds and eat enough to gain to 220 pounds but then dont up calories you wont get bigger than 220 pounds. the bigger you get = the more calories you need .

I've ran cycles longer than that keeping the dosege the same while keeping the gains going. It's 100% diet period. 10-12 weeks is not long enough to start stalling on imo.
