Anyone ever tried this, and if so does it work? The sites Ive been reading claim 75-80% absorbtion(no where near as good as injecting I know) Just wanna hear some results.

hey you need to drag you ass out of the mountains and come to clayton for the johnny perry memroial powerlifing/strongman meet on the weekend of 1/22.

saturday is powerlifting and sunday is strongman.

clayton fitness. right on 70 west near bogangles. just a few miles off 40 east.
