Hey mlupi391 thanks for the reply. I live off of sheridan ave by best fitness. What's your lifting experience like? I'm just trying to meet some people who live in the area to share advice and such. I'm trying to pack on some hard gains, but am new to the scene. I have a few years of lifting experience and it's become a pure addiction. I hate days off haha.
