Bulk and Cut in same cycle?

How do yall feel about this theory. Build the muscle 12 weeks then cut it down 6 weeks for an 18 week cycle.
1-4 dbol 40 mg
1-18 600 mg test cyp
1-12 deca 300 mg
13-18 Winstrol (winny) 50 mg

This would be a clean bulk transitioned into a light cut.

my cycle history has included several test and dbol cycles. One with deca at 400mg and test at 500 mg. A tren and test cycle.

I have never tackled a cut before
 
you will not cut that mush with deca.

the main point will be the diet in course along with this cycle 99% of the case food will make the difference.
 
Lean bulk equal s jumbo shrimp...unless your real skinny.

Strict adherence to diet and water retention ie- estro and progest control will dictate your results.

...genetic s and aerobic s will come into play as well.
Its doable but difficult...I was never able to pull it off when i was somebody.
 
Most likely you will cut all the muscle you just worked hard to gain. Just bulk lean and worry about cut later. Just my opinion.
 
i hate the whole ide of a bulk and cut in the same cycle.

i think that by staying at or barely exceeding maintainence calories and eating plenty of protein its possible to maintain body weight during a cycle and reproportion your body by staying the same weight but dropping bodyfat and adding lean mass.

exactly what i was thinking...cut or bulk ..one or the other...
 
You can cut and bulk if your cycle is long enough. ie. a period of high aas intake, followed by a cruise, then bump up the aas. You also need to switch compounds.
It also depends on your body fat levels at start, middle and end.

But I also feel you need a maintenance period before you transition from bulking to cutting. Not just to preserve your gains, but allow you to physically and psychologically recover from training.

i agree with this...its actually what i do...im a blaster and cruiser.

and if you have to ask you dont know what your doing...i wouldnt advise anyone to blast and curise unless their 30 or over or if you have been using ass for a long time and hate or dont want to bother with PCT...lol
you can cruise even at a low dose (150mg) of test e or c ew.
