Hey guys new to this site and just looking me some help with narrowing down what my macros should be. Ill be starting the following cycle.
10 weeks 4 blend test 500mg weekly. Split Tuesday/Friday.
7 weeks teen ace 50 mg daily
Post will be clomid.
I'm 25 6'4" and weigh 225 at 12-13% BF.
My BMR is around 2300-2400.
I'm training 6 days a week. I'm looking to lean bulk as much as possible without decreasing my gains. How many grams of protein/carbs/fats should I consume on cycle?
