I disagree. I find it hard to eat full meals all day long, especially with the lack of appetite. Dont know bout you guys but after week 3 i dnt wanna eat anything. Most of my cals come from shakes. Mainly oatmeal and protein powder and milk.
knowing nothing else about you, and assuming a middle-of-the-road 10% bodyfat, i would put your caloric intake for maintenance at ~2600 calories. Even with the drugs, i would never recommend doubling your maintence calories in order to gain weight - a 1000 calorie surplus would be pushing it, even with drugs, and even then youd still only be looking at 3600 calories.
have you figured out through trial and error that you need 5500 calories to gain weight, or did you just pick the number out of the air?...thats a shit ton of calories, and nowhere near what anyone would recommend for most 190lb'ers.
