Hi all, just wanted some opinions on how my diet looks? am i eating enough?
This is a tipical day for me......
Breakfast
7 hard boled eggs (only eat 3 whole and 4 whites) bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with around 200ml semi skimmed milk
Mid morning shake, 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop instant oats made with 300ml semi skimmed milk
Lunch
100g wholegrain pasta made with 2 tins of tuna, 1 tin tomatoes and half a tin of sweetcorn, and a glass of semi skimmed milk.
Mid afternoon shake, 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop instant oats made with 300ml semi skimmed milk
Tea
stir fry with noodles and 2 chicken breasts with a glass of milk.
Right before bed i will have a calcium caseinate protein shake with 300ml semi skimmed milk.
Let me know if it looks ok, oh and on workout days i will have a post workout shake made with 1 scoop protein and around 40g dextrose, i also add vit c, glutamine and bcaa to this.
I also snack on almonds, hazelnuts and peanut butter.
I am 2 weeks into my cycle, am running
1-10 test prop 200mg eod
2-9 npp 140mg eod
1-8 100mg ed
