all the employees at wendy's McDonalds and papa ginos know me now. i usualy get free food from the fat black women who cant speek english,(wich is pretty much all of them here)
when I first got into bodybuilding I stayed on the eat everything in sight diet for 2 years. It was very hard for me to gain weight. This worked well for the first two years but after I started using steroids I found that I had to be a little more strict with my diet. Due to genetics some people can get away with that, and some people can not.
