thanks guys, I think I will go along with what you are doing. I didn't see the point in taking in a bunch of calories and doing abs for an hour 3or 4 times a week. Thanks.
I always train my abs as you need to keep your core strong to squat and deadlift big. But I generally only do them 1x per week, and with weights, none of that high rep, 5x a week bullshit for me
I always train abs but I'm pretty certain I'll die before I ever spend an hour training them. More like 10 minutes twice a week. I want a strong core as NS mentioned. Among other things, it helps prevent my bad back from hurting too much.
