Bulking diet / Cereal ??

I'm on a bulking cycle right now. It's very clean except sometimes I eat cereal at night 2-3 times a week. It's usually fiber one, kashi go lean, or shredded wheat. When I do eat it I have about 2-4 smaller sized bowls with minimal milk. My results are good so far. I used to be very overweight so I'm in my head a lot the day after I eat cereal haha. Any thoughts comments or questions . Thankyou.
 
My diet consists of
Breakfast- peanut butter whole wheat English muffin 8am
10am - half peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat.
Lunch- turkey/chicken sandwich sub
330- 530 - Gym
545-6 protein shak 2 scoops w/ milk
730-8 Dinner - protein and vegies/ Greens
Late night snack being a small protein and or a couple small bowls of cereal ( kashi go lean,shredded wheat,or fiber one)sometimes I mix them hah with minimal milk

WTH is wrong with a little Special K in the morning. Hopefully nothing because i got to mix it up a little. Eggs and Oats get a bit OLD ED
 
Hell Yea I feel ya on that. I mix egg whites with oats sometimes.I have special k protein plus too every once and a while. I'm just a lil concerned cause I get these cravings at night.
