I'm on a bulking cycle right now. It's very clean except sometimes I eat cereal at night 2-3 times a week. It's usually fiber one, kashi go lean, or shredded wheat. When I do eat it I have about 2-4 smaller sized bowls with minimal milk. My results are good so far. I used to be very overweight so I'm in my head a lot the day after I eat cereal haha.
