Bulking Diet / meal ideas

Hi Guys just after a bit of advice,

I have got my first cycle ready to go (test enth 500mg pw x 12 / dbol 40mg pd x 4w) but before i start with that I want to get my diet down and sorted!

I have calculated my maintanence to be 3658 so I will be looking at consuming 4158 cals PD whilst on cycle.

I dont have a full diet plan written down in full as of yet but I will hopefully have this all worked out by tomorrow (possibly rather optimistic!) I will post in this thread as soon as it is complete

I want to keep my fat low whilst on cycle to stay as lean as possible so is a macro of 45/45/10 (Cals/Protein/Fat) sound sufficient? or do it need more fat in my diet?

Also, can anyone recommend any decent meal ideas that I can eat cold at work. We do have a microwave in one of our offices but I cant guarantee where I will be from day to day. at the moment I have been sticking to chicken and brown rice which whilst nice, does get boring all day everyday!

Any other meal ideas would also be appreciated. I am trying to keep this as clean as possible.

This could be an interesting thread... be awesome to see some peoples lunch ideas! Here's a few things I do for lunch.

1 can of tuna x 2 whole wheat pita bread + spinach
Chicken breast cut up x 2 whole wheat pita bread + spinach
1 can of tuna + 1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cut up chicken breast + 1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 sweet potato (w/ spice) + 1 cup brown rice
Spinach salad (w/ vegetables) + light sour cream dressing
Spinch + frozen strawberries + banana + water in a blender
