Bulking Diet

As part of my bulking diet, my first meal of the day includes 5oz of ground beef, 1 cup of oats and 8 eggs (3 eggs, 5 eggs whites).

I HATE EGGS!!! What is the best thing to substitute for the eggs if anything or to make them taste better such as egg salad, etc???
um...any protein source that you would eat any other time of the day.

i dont understand how people can no like eggs. i love em.

try making an omlette and throwing spices, peppers, onions, ground beef, chicken, whatever into them. top with some salsa if you want.
