here is my diet just wanna, how is it?
8am-pre-wo shake: apw's sizer xxl
10am-pwo shake apw's sizer xxl
11am-breakfast steak and egg whites
1pm-snack pb sandwich and a orange
3pm-lunch chicken or ribeye steak or ground beef with sweet potatoes or brown rice or whole pasta
5pm-snack same as 1pm
7pm-dinner same as lunch
9pm-snack same as 1pm and 5pm
i would like to know how this looks as far as a bulking diet.
