bulking diet

What about this diet for bulking up

-morning: 6egg full(yellow and white) and chocolate pancake

-renutril 500: 500cals 70%low carb 15%prot15%good fat

-midday: 400g chicken and 1kilo vegetables(mixed like aubergine...)

-afternoon: cottage cheese with some simple carb

-dinner: 400g chicken and vegetables(mixed)

///bedtimemeal: cottage cheese and simple carb(taste:) )

What is renutril?

Also, that doesn't look like much protein...I'd up the meat a bit and add in some beef.
 
You said "bulking" right? Where are you carbs? How will you drive the amino's from the protein into the muscle cells without carbs? Up your carb intake.
