2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast
Protein Shake

250g Rump Steak
Mixed Veg

100g Brown Rice
Tin of Tuna
1.30pm
PWO Protein Shake

Tin of Tuna
100g Wholemeal Pasta
5pm
250g Salmon Fillet
Mixed Veg
30g Peanut Butter
7.30pm
Tin of Sardines
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast
Protein Shake

Pint of Milk
25g Wallnuts
200g Cottage Cheese
Total Calories are roughly 3800
Am i consuming enough calories to bulk up?
