Bulking Diet

Weight:- 94kg
Height:- 6 ft

If anyone can critique my diet it would be greatly appreciated, i am trying to bulk up man.

8am
100g Porridge Oats
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast
Protein Shake

10am
250g Rump Steak
Mixed Veg

12pm
100g Brown Rice
Tin of Tuna

1.30pm
PWO Protein Shake

3pm
Tin of Tuna
100g Wholemeal Pasta

5pm
250g Salmon Fillet
Mixed Veg
30g Peanut Butter

7.30pm
Tin of Sardines
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast
Protein Shake

10pm
Pint of Milk
25g Wallnuts
200g Cottage Cheese

Total Calories are roughly 3800
Am i consuming enough calories to bulk up?

I would say calories need to higher. Your 22 and 6ft and your metabolism is still high at that age. Especially with your workout routine that I'm assuming is in order. How many carbs/proteins are you consuming each day that will help?????

I mean your close thats for sure but if your wanting to bulk up you might need a tad bit more. Post the rest that I asked for and we all can be of more help.
