I have been trying to put on some serious size lately and dont seem to be getting good results (last 2 months). I found that i maybe eating too healthy as i have been avoiding fatty foods completely, and in my sport its not all about the beach body but more about power and speed balance(not to cut, not to fat). Im super active as i play Semi-Pro rugby. I train with my team twice a week and play one game, also do 3 sessions in the gym a week.
Im 6'4 tall and 15'8 Stone (100kg)
Around 12-14% BF
Im looking to pack on at least another stone, but main goal is 17 stone.
I have worked out that i need 3500-4000 cals to maintain my weight so really want to be hitting 4500-5000 cals to put weight on.
Can you give me a little help on anything? Also any good foods that i can make / eat that will help me to gain weight fast / high calorie. All ready using supplements to help me but is there any recipes you guys use to help pack on the pounds?
