hey guys im about to start my first cycle and im trying to figure out a good diet ive made one so far just wondering your opinions of it
its daily totals are:

4098 calories
90 g fat
342.3g carbs
528 g protein

any comments on this or recommendations on a good first cycle diet to put on some good mass and strength without so much fat.

yeah i fucked up bigtime on a diet so i lost alot of muscle
im now 6'2 240 lbs at 15%bf
 
i fight competitive muay thai. i was preparing for a fight and stopped weight training for aprox. 2 months combined with a fucked up diet i let my body eat all my muscle
bigtime b.s. oh well time to build it back.

if someone could post a good diet guideline for use while on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for clean solid gains it would help. thanks
 
i am at 268 at 6ft tall and during bulking i consume about 520 grams protein a aday and my carbs very acording to the day my cal are around 5000 a ady

but what is a good guideline to use for gaining the cleanest mass when on a first cycle?
 
I used to do BJJ... Muay tai has been something I'd like to get into...

I think your diet looks good bro... Are you getting all that from real food or alot of shakes????....
 
my ex gf just bought a subway franchise
one of my main meals is a double meat grilled chicken breast on whole wheat bread w/o anything except lettuce + cheese
has aprox 900+ cals and 90g protein
plus shakes + bars etc makes up my diet
