Bulking Workout Help!

Hey guys been training pretty slack now for a couple of years keen to keep a strict routine can anyone recommend me a 4day bulk up work out
 
not gonna create a workout for you, i believe bulking has more to do with diet rather than training. That is not to downplay the importance in training. I would recommend getting rid of those sissy triceps kickbacks and flys and focus on heavy compound movements.

day 1 - Chest/Tris
Day 2 - Back /bi's/forearms
Day 3 - Shoulders/traps/calves
Day 4 - legs

Heavy compound movements (big 3 + others)
