i am 6,2 215 im want to become more lean asap for summer. my training is
m-chest,tris,
t- off
w-back bis
t- off
f-shoulders,legs
. i try to do some shoulders on monday to help. my diet is pretty good i eat i stick to ground beef, chicken, red mean, tuna, rice, shakes, bagels ext. im wanting to keep the mass i have but just do a quick shred to look leaner what would be the best way to do this without losing muscle?

your actual training split shouldnt change.

The only things that should change it cardio\and diet.

Mabey post your diet inthe diet section.

well how should i fit in the cardio how many days a week and for how long. i dont want to lose alot of muscle. and should my rep and training hange at all?

you want to lean down at 6'2 215? You are going nowhere quick if you actually lift weights to gain muscle.

2 things should help--lift harder with more intensity-that could mean higher reps, heavier weight or a combination of the two. You also need to lower the amount of carbohydrates in your diet, and up the protein in your diet.

i think 6'2" 215lbs is a bit on the lean\small side, but it all depends on how you carry it and what your BF% is.

I am currently 6' 225, and probably about 15% bf. People say Im diesel tho :P when i still think Im fatty... I have my eyes set on a less than 10% mark, but I have no idea what I will weigh at that mark.

are u saying im small at 6,2 215. well if so i started out about 160

I would say small, but if you get into the yo yo game at that size you are never going to get bigger. Until you get bigger, i would just stay eating cleaner foods but alot, and lifting hard. I would not think you should get into the bulking cutting thing yet.

Listen to husky...you really gotta clean up your diet...rice and bagles are not the best dieting foods...nor is a lot of red meat unless it's like, sirloin or lean ground beef (not too sure...I only eat chicken...:dunno: )

Add in cardio...4-6 days a week...start at like, 30 minutes...if you can, try and keep 8 hrs between lifting and cardio - for example, cardio in the morning, lift at night...if you can't, then do a brief warmup...lift...grab a protein shake and do 30 minutes after lifting...
