Hello,
I have tried to eat the right porportions of fats, carbs, and protien for a month or so, and I just cant seem to get it right. I am almost always lacking in protien, and have too many carbs... my question is this: Can anyone recomend a site or individual that can set up some meal plans for me? I just dont phisicaly have time to plan out the weeks meals with school and work. any help would be appreciated.

If your low on protein... eat more protein (chicken, tuna, eggs or whey shakes) its really that simple. I dont see how you need someone to draw you a diagram on this.

Try going to fitday.com.. It allows you to easily track your daily intake of macro and micro nutrients as well as calorie intake. It helped me figure out my diet. If you see its getting towards the end of the day and you havent had enough protein you can go slam a shake. Check it out, it's free.

1. eat more protein
2. eat less carbs

that will be $249.99

dont focus on proportions. eat 1-1.5g/lb of protein, then fill the rest of your calorie requirements with some amount of carbs and fat. divide this into the number of meals you want to eat in a day and shoot for those values at each meal.
