Caffeine Pills/Green Tea/etc during cutting?

I've noticed that I've gained a lot of sloppy weight(extra fat) around my body. So much that it makes me disgusted. I've only been on my bulking cycle for about 3weeks and hell, I don't know what to do. I do run about 1x a week maybe 2x, but this fat is just building up and building up. I don't know what my exact BF%age is right now, but I'm guessing around 20 something. Should I start cutting down now? Should I start drinking more green tea and using caffeine pills to help run to burn off this extra fat?

Oh shit. I just noticed the title of my message was wrong. I meant to make it "bulking" not "cutting."
 
you didnt gain that much fat in 3 weeks. its a combination of possibly a little new fat, old fat that you already had, stomach bloat, and water.

what you should do depends on your goals. if you want to be hyoooge, then dont worry about the bodyfat now, just bulk for a year or two and get as big as you possibly can. If you want to be able to see your abs, then yes, slowly drop the weight (over the course of months, not days or weeks) and then when your happy, slowly start upping the calories until you are gaining weight again.

judging from your post, id say it sound like you want to do the latter.

try an ephedrine+caffeine+green tea stack. has worked well for me.

everyone seems to like lipo6 as well, but ive never tried it.
 
Thanks. I just want to get a good size. I'm around 186lbs right now and I'm aiming for 190 then cutting down because I tend to lose fat very slowly, I don't know why. & I want to look good for the beach so I'm planning on cutting after febuary, beginning of March. You think that'd be good? I want to be as lean as possible by mid June?
 
when i want to lean out i usually take some green tea caps (helps with water weight) and sometimes i will add some ephedrine, i always eat 6 times a day and make sure not to eat starchy carbs after 6pm. drink lots of water, throw in some cardio and presto i get lean. everyone is different i suppose. i don't know what you would call my body type, but i can be skinny, fat, muscular and lean, muscular and fat. my body let's me be pretty much any way i want to be fairly easily. what does your diet look like?
 
My diet usually goes as follows:

7:10
1.5cups whole milk
2scoops ON whey
1cup oatmeal
1banana

9:50
2Whole wheat english muffins
Peanut butter & Jelly :)

12:45
2 slices of WW bread
Honey Ham
2 Slices of WW Bread
Eggwhites & ham/roast beef
1Banana

3:00~
1.5cups of Whole Milk
2scoops ON Whey
Either a bowl of udon(japanese soup noodles) or some spaghetti

6:30~(After workout)
2cups of Whole Milk
3.5-4scoops ON Whey
1Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup

7:15-7:30
2cups white rice(Gotta get some brown rice or somethin)
Veggies
Meats(Any from chicken to lean beef)

9:00
2slices WW Bread
Ham
1bowl Cereal w/ Whole Milk

11:00~
1.5cups WM
2scoops ON Whey
3Fish oil caps
Udon

**I always add 1.5tsp of Flaxseed oil to my shakes except post-workout.
**This diet has helped me gain around 18lbs so far since Jan 1st. I was at 174lbs and I am now currently 188lbs. I'm not sure how much BF I've gained, but I can see a difference. I guess this is the price I have to pay for getting my lifts bigger.
