I've noticed that I've gained a lot of sloppy weight(extra fat) around my body. So much that it makes me disgusted. I've only been on my bulking cycle for about 3weeks and hell, I don't know what to do. I do run about 1x a week maybe 2x, but this fat is just building up and building up. I don't know what my exact BF%age is right now, but I'm guessing around 20 something. Should I start cutting down now? Should I start drinking more green tea and using caffeine pills to help run to burn off this extra fat?
