caffine and bulking

It's not anything to be concerned about. I take caffeine before I lift, always. Without it my workouts would blow hard.
 
some mornings i need lots of coffee to get going, but depends . If its a slow day at work then i will put back 4 cups of coffee in the morning to get moving.
 
^ agree. only thing with caffeine is I can't take it late in the day or I sleep like shit. just make sure it doesn't affect your sleep. juiced or not, losing quality rest will hinder gains.
