maybe if you did a lot of running wearing the ankle weights.....as you'd be addind a few pounds of "bodyweight". more likely to work your thighs...IMO.
Yeah if you walk around on your tip toes all day. Nah I cant see it having that much of an affect to be honest.
I read once that Arnie used summit like '1000lbs' to make his calfs grow so a few extra lbs from ankle weights aint gonna do that much for ya.
