First off I just want to say thanks to you guys for answering my novice questions, it's been really helpful and there is a lot of infor on this site that is beneficial!

So here's something interesting, I work out with a Personal Trainer and I told him about my newly started 1st cycle. He himself has done a few in his day as well. When I am asking him for advice he is happy to talk about it but he seems to be giving me this double talk that contridicts what I am researching. He is telling me that my 500mgs of test is a waste because the body can not assimilate it and that I am sure to grow gyno tits that will require liposuction. When I mention the Nolva, he told me that it does not always work. His advice is no more than 250mgs for 8 weeks. That's it.

Personally I get the impression that he is jellous and feels a little competive.

What do you guys think and when do i start the Nolva? I have read 2 weeks after I finish my 8 week cycle. I am also currently taking 2 propecia a day.

I would love to hear some feedback befor I need a bra! lol

I agree with him about that. 500mg is considered a great beginner cycle to almost everyone, but my personal opinion is 250mg is all you need for a 1st.
 
It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. My first cycle was a fina only cycle and I got great results from it got the lean with the bulk look. Im currently on my second cycle my first 5 weeks on I was taking sustanon250 750mg weekly and 75mg of fina daily. Ive gotten great results and gains.For my 6th week I dropped the dosage down to 500mg weekly with 75mg of fina daily.Still getting stronger,bigger, and getting great results. A lot of the trainers at my gym are haters they are overweight or skinny toothpicks trying to tell others how to train. I think you shouldn't become a trainer unless you are fit for it just because you take a couple of classes dont mean you are great trainer if you look like crap. Just my opinon. It is your first cycle so it should be one of your best.Also depends on what kind of test you are gonna use. Im using sustanon and because of the esters I have inject it twice a week or it would be a waste.

only listen to a trainer who looks the way you want to look. Dont have an overweight or skinny guy trying to tell you how to diet and train when they look like crap
 
I kinda agree with the trainer...but not for his reasoning... many people think 500mg of test a week is great beginner cycle.. I think its too much...I think its a great Moderate cycle... for the more experienced lifter/juicer..... and the gyno part is just ignorance on his part... check this thread out... I don't know whether he's wrong on purpose or accident, but he's wrong - at least to the extent that the body can certainly use much more than 500 mgs. of test per week and 500 mgs. of test doesn't guarantee gyno. I could use 1500 mgs. per week without any anti estrogens and I wouldn't get gyno, I'm just not susceptable to it. Having said that, some people could get it from only 250 mgs. per week.

My personal opinion is that 500 mgs. of test per week is a reasonable first cycle, assuming that the user has been training for several years, has done his homework, has a good diet in place, and is prepared to deal with side effects if they occur.
