calorie intake

on my lift days is it ok to take in a few more low fat calories; eventhough, i dont do cardio. by calories i mean 3000 calories verses 2000 i am 26 and around 14-15% bf.
 
i wouldnt consider a 50% increase in calories "a few calories", but yes, higher calories on training days is pretty standard practice.
 
Most of use fitday.com to track all that. Try it, it really helps zero in on where you need to be on a day by day basis.

Yup. Especially on training days with larger muscle groups, i.e. back, legs.
