Cals/Carbs/Fat

I have been dieting for almost a week. But am still having difficulty knowing if im doing it right. I def. cut down everyting bigtime. How many cals., fat and carbs should I be taking in. Im 196 lbs, 5'10, work out 5 times a week, and do cardio 4x at 35 minutes. Thank you
 
hey you are the same size as me! cool. Well what % BF? That makes a difference, i would say 2,000 cals if your serious about dieting, but everybody is diferent, i have to stay at 1500 to cut hard core, then i can bring it up to 2000 for slow weight loss, so try 2000, and use good carbs like sweet potato and brown rice. Fat limit to some oil and very very lil sat fat. Good luck, dieting takes forever
