I made a stupid mistake about a year ago . I tried a month of pro hormones without knowing what they were and I didn't know I was supposed to take things after to reverse the effects . After the month of pro hormones I used something called aspartic acid . A year later and now my balls shrunk and my dick is limp like every once in a while I'll get hard but most of the times it's shriveled up and limp . Please help me I made a stupid mistake without realizing it and I fucked up my sex life . Is it possible to go back to normal and what is the process? I am very uninformed when it comes to this subject so any help at all would be greatly appreciated . I just need to know what to do to get my erections back .

Have you gotten blood work? If so post it up so we can see what is going on with you. And if you have pre-prohoromone blood work post that up as well so that we can compare to your baseline.

Tell us about yourself. Age, height, weight, body fat %? What training are you doing? What is your diet like? How much sleep do you get?

I'm 22, 5"9 164lbs. Normal 1 muscle group a day training . I play basketball around 4 times a week . I eat really really healthy and I get around 6-8 hours of sleep everyday . I have never had blood work done . Just really embarrassed to go find a doctor to talk to him about my problem and I don't even have a doctor in the first place no medical either so I haven't had any blood work done

Got 50-80 bucks? Take a gander at Tron's sig, and you're half way there. ;)

As Halfwit said, you can get blood work without going to your doctor. Without blood work we are guessing what is going on with you.
