can anyone help on my numbers please

hi people,
great forum to of found , I've read and read and read and thought id post my details up and see what the general thoughts are.
please feel free to chime in and help out if you can:

feel fatigued, a bit nauseous at times, anxious, no energy, decreased libido .

im 41 years old and weigh 103kg , 6ft 1" ( body fat at about 20% i reckon)

Worked out 3 days a week on full body for last 18months ish,
just changed over to a 4/5 day split to see if i can recover a bit easier.
i work a fairly manual job 3 days a week aswell as being a full-time dad to my 2 kids under 8.

• Sex Hormone Binding Globulin – normal - 41 nmol/L (range 17 – 66)

my diet is fairly good, eating 3-3500cal a day , also have a couple of beers , and cheat meal only on a weekend.

Post workout: 1 scoop on nutrition whey, 100g oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil ( 1 scoop creatine ,1 scoops L Glutamine, 2 scoops BCAA, 1 X 2500 Vitamin D3, 1 x super omega 3, 1 x Cialis 5mg)

Before bed: 1 scoop on nutrition casein, 100g oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil.

if i meal skip for whatever reason i add a on nutrition mass shake aswell at 1/2 serving 725 cal

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated guys
