Yup aromisin can help with alot of that. Upping carbs will likely add some weight so I think you should be good. But also look at it this way, if you gain 8-10lbs by the end of this cycle and stay lean, that's a huge increase and very hard to do natural.

I love cycles with big gains but I don't gain 20lbs a cycle anymore. I probably could if I ate more but it gets tough. Adding another 5-8 lbs over the next few weeks should be no problem but if you think it's not happening, try to add a few more cals in there.

I like to add a few tablespoons of evoo throughout the day. It's good for you and ads some cals. 3tblspns will be around 500 cals. I usually put it in a shake in the blender so I don't taste it but at times I'll just drink it down and find something to chase it but again find some easy ways to add a few more cals and you will probably gain more.

Im happy with a 7lbs increase thats all im aiming for after this 13 weeks cycle that will put me upto about 240lbs.

I will throw in a couple of tablespoons of evoo throughout the day starting from tomorrow. I hate the taste of it so ill do as you have said and disguise it in a shake or something else lol

My current intake is between 4500-5000 calories a day at the momment. I can quite easily eat more if i wanted to, but id rather not pile loads of bad weight on through eating too much if im been honest, but iam going to up my carb intake slightly.
