Can fat be too high?

I'm 240ish, 11-12% at 6'3.
I've plateaued. I was doing approx.
240g protein a day (960cals)
240g carbs a day (960cals) first 4 meals
40-60gs of fat a day (360-540cals) last 2 meals
Now that was probably too low. So I upped it a bit and added some fat in other meals.

But now I started carb cycling a bit, having a couple more low days.
240g protein (960cals)
160g carbs a day (640cals) 40g * first 4 meals
So that's 1600 cals.
I would like to get in around 2600-2800
That would mean I need 1000-1200 from fat.
1200 / 9 = 133 g of fat a day.
Is that fine? Seems high.

What exactly are your goals? You need 2460 cals to maintain your weight if you were at rest 24hrs a day. Once you figure your activity level; 3390 is very conservative estimate of maitainence.

I would increase your protein some more that way you don't need so much fat to obtain you calorie goals.

I would have a tough time eating over 100g of quality fat (fish oil, natty PB, EVOO, etc)

I'm trying to lose fat, would like to get to 9-10%.
Past months I was doing:
Workout 3 times a week. Once heavy, other 2 lighter circuit training. (due to time).
Interval biking on the days between, so usually 2-3 days a week, in the AM.
Also walk the dog 6-7 days a week, for 30 minutes. Not fast based, but still walking for 30 minutes.
Other than that, I'm for the most part sitting at a desk unless I go out. At work which is for 5 hours, I'm for the most part up and down off my feet.
What would you consider the activity level of that?
How many cals should I be aiming for?
** I figured it to be around 2800-3000.

Easto, yeah it's a pain, but Udo's 3-6-9 makes it easy. And I love PB.

i get in near 200+of fat ED.
keep carbs @ or around 70 or less ED if your gonna go high FAT

remember there are ONLY 2 macros that are essential for LIFE

FAT and PROTIEN
carbs are not essential.

Well I don't necessarily want to go high fat but I don't really have a choice I guess. I don't really feel like going below 70g of carbs. I've done C-K-D last time I dieted, and it worked well, but I want to try a regular diet now.

IMO
with that many carbs and that much fat you may confuse your body as both are used for energy.
i would either lower fat or carbs and UP the protien.
to go Eastos route and allow you too keep carbs moderately high i would go
higher protien up it another 150grams that would put you around:
pro: 390
carbs: 160
fat: 60

and your over all cals wouldnt change much.
