Can I Get Some Help With A Diet Plan...

im pushing the scales at 250. im trying to get down to 230 for my football season whats the way to go? how many calories should i be consuming daily and what kind of foods should i be eating? also im doing cardio everyday but then pumpin iron like a madman after is that a problem?or should i lay off the wieghts while trying to loose wieght?
 
if you really want to lose it quick than up your cardio cut kcals and keep asking the right questions, dont do something stupid like start using clen right away when your dieting and cardio are off, that was the worst advice ive ever heard.
 
the question you asked cant really be answered becuase you did not give any stats besides your weight, also how much cardio you are actually doing, and what you are doing for cardio.

I'm 31 and weighed about 230lbs about 4 weeks ago. After cleaning up my diet following the diet in the Diet Forum, I'm now down to 214lbs. I work out 5 days a week and do 30 mins of walking 3 days a week. I try to keep my calories around 1500 on workout days and 1200 on rest days. But you sound like your younger than I am so you can prolly handle a few more calories than I can.

I definitely wouldn't lay off the weights. Try to do the cardio first thing in the morning rather than before lifting. And listen to the reply above and go to the forum on dieting and look over what some other people are doing.
