for the record, pct and working out have nothing to do with one another.
I'm not sure I agree, maybe on the physical part but mentally?
I'd argue you're begging to feel like shit if you go from cycle to shutdown and having to wait anywhere from 4-8 weeks to even start feeling normal again.
I didn't train at all last cycle going into PCT since i broke ribs and I noticed a huge difference, mostly felt like getting the hormonal balance in check again took forever.
Proviron is clouding my feelings a bit but when I start going back to the gym again was when I truly started feeling normal again. And I did a second PCT 3.5 MONTHS after the first lol....
