can I have a succesful PCT without working out?

for the record, pct and working out have nothing to do with one another.

I'm not sure I agree, maybe on the physical part but mentally?
I'd argue you're begging to feel like shit if you go from cycle to shutdown and having to wait anywhere from 4-8 weeks to even start feeling normal again.

I didn't train at all last cycle going into PCT since i broke ribs and I noticed a huge difference, mostly felt like getting the hormonal balance in check again took forever.

Proviron is clouding my feelings a bit but when I start going back to the gym again was when I truly started feeling normal again. And I did a second PCT 3.5 MONTHS after the first lol....
 
taking prozak is the worst he can do, he will get addicted to that and mess him up more. better for him to use his will.

use his will for what? we pretty much dont have any of that bottled up sad to say.
If it was for sale it would sell like hotcakes. I borrowed someone's will once...
 
I would get my head check out with a shrink before i did a cycle. alot of younger members want to get on gear right away without studying the facts and then later they pay the price with all the girls calling him noodle dick.
 
I think a deload from super heavy training for a few weeks can be good, but no need to be lazy and not train at all, that makes your whole cycle pointless. You need to maintain as much strength as you can so you have something to build upon in your next cycle.
 
Clomid is depressing maybe get some prozac for a 2 week period.

Oops :nono: I am an authority :scratchhe:( so to speak) Prozac is my LIFE SAVER x100 since 1987 to this date. It takes 5-7 days for Prozac to get into your system to get anywhere into the therapeutic levels. And to benefit of the attributes of "Fluoxetine" (Prozac). Sorry I'm off on the subject of psychic meds.. but I've been around if you will.

Of course you can pct without any meds or any action on your part at all !!!!!
Just take about 200mg test cypionate per week. Thatll do ya right
 
If you feel like shit just workout three times a week. You won***8217;t overtrain and lose much muscle. But if your depressed you may be in hormonal imbalances or mental problem. I had mental problems and lexapro saved me.
 
I will start PCT soon, but I'm too depressed to work out, I also have no motivation and I'm way too lethargic. I also have work + school

so can I just take clomid and nolva without working out and expect a full recovery?? I'll try to eat healthy and shît
