Can I pop some pills and take peptide? [EMPTY STOMACH]

If my stomach is relatively empty (3 hours no food) can I take some pills (for joint purposes) and then take a peptide?
Would it have any adverse effects on the peptide's performance?
I know my stomach should be empty but what about pills?

I'm just taking some joint stuff, like glucosamine and other related stuff. It works wonders for my joints.

I'm taking GHRP-2.
