can I start a cycle even though im out of shape

Hello, my name is Alex I was wondering if anyone can give me advice as far as, is there a recommended body fat or shape I should be in to get better results because I have a little bit more than the average person body fat and wanted to make sure if I do a cycle would I get muscular and cut or would it just build muscle on top of fat to where it would not look appealing to me or I would not get the results I want. My goal is to lose fat, build muscle, and get cut with a proper diet exercise and also by using test and trenbolone.

How old are you? Everyone will tell you to start with the diet and a good exercise program for at least 6 months to a year. You really should have a solid base before you consider cycling, and do NOT run tren on your first cycle, keep it test only. Please post up your stats, age, height, weight
 
Nope. Not safe for too many reasons. Work out for at least a few years and be able to decide if you want to cut an bulk and do actually do it. Keep in mind the more fat you have the more it wi aromatize leading to bitch tits. Even on juice there are no shortcuts to a goal and it looks to me like you want a shortcut.
 
Hello Alex,

If you are just initially starting to workout, one will see a lot of results even without gear if you have proper diet & training routine.

Gotta also get your body (tendons, ligaments and such) use to the weight. Good foundation is necessary.

Another thing you can do is go to advanced search (under search) and type in someone's name and see all of the threads that person has started, I suggest typing in Austinite and looking at his threads. Hope that helps, and don't be afraid to ask. They might f--k with you some but if you do the reading your will get some help
 
Alex I started a lil too early bfor I got my bf down and wish I woulda waited. But the more muscle mass u have the better u burn calories. So I'd say wait a lil but till u get your diet and trainin in check. But if u insist it probly won't kill u

It would appear you have got a wealth of good advice already. Even trained bbdblers risk getting to strong to fast.

This means----The rapid increase in both weight and strength which will come on quickly w aas will tax every part of your chasis to include miniscus, cartiledge, ligaments, your heart...

Doing hormone augmentation is more than taking aas. You have estro conversion to counter, testicular atrophy, gynocomastia,
skewed lipid profiles...the list goes on.

This aint beer and weed. It s life style. Dont wade into it until your educated, ready to commit and have everything ready...especially your body.

Don t bring a stick to a hot lz. You ll regret it.
