30years old, 145lbs, 5'6, working out heavy for at least 1 1/2 hour 3 times a week but on and off for almost a year. 16% to 17%bf. I also do 10km run twice or thrice a week a day after i go to gym with an average of 55mins - 60mins. Im looking to gain some more mass and also gain more strength. TIA! sorry the grammar..

Test base for every cycle you run; no oral only cycles, and best to start with test only for first cycle -- it let's you gauge how you react to AAS. Also, at 145 lbs you should probably focus on dieting aspects vs wanting to jump on the juice train so soon. Get in touch with 3J, his services are well know and highly regarded. Reach your bodies full natural potential, and do some more research before you consider running cycles brother. Good luck!

You have not even been lifting for a year and inconsistently at that. Your BF% is a little high.
My choice would be to get your nutrition program in order and focus on natural gains for another year. See if you can handle that (should be easy if you are serious) before jumping on AAS. Use some of that time to educate yourself on the subject as well.

thank you so much, i think im going to focus on my diet 1st. im gonna back here after 2 or 3 months and consult again. thanks!
