My diet has looked like this for the past 4 weeks:
Meal 1: Protien Shake, cup of oatmeal, multi-vits, ephedra, caffiene, creatine, glutamine
Meal 2: 6oz Piece of chicken, protien shake
Meal 3: Protien Shake, Amino Acids, Glutamine, Creatine
Meal 4: Protien Shake, powdered Gatorade, creatine, Glutamine
Meal 5: 1lb of 95% lean hamburger, Handful of EFA's
Meal 6: 6 ounces of chicken and Protien Shake
Meal 7: 1 can of Tuna
I do seven meals because I rely so heavily on protien shakes.
But.. in the last 4 weeks my weight has dropped from 256lbs to 241lbs with no muscle loss and minimal strength loss, but as recently as yesterday my body has begun to acclimate to the nutrition and my strength started to increase. I am a lot stronger when I am eating carbs.
